Phantum AI at a glance

Phantum AI (spelled with a u) is a real-time AI interview assistant for Windows and Mac. It listens to the interviewer in Zoom, Teams or Google Meet and shows an answer grounded in your résumé in a strip under your webcam that is hidden from screen share.

One session is one hour of live interview. The Monthly plan is ₹999 in India, $19 elsewhere, for 15 sessions, about ₹67 or $1.27 per interview hour. Your first 15 minutes are free, no card needed. In India you can pay with UPI.

90-Day Pass
₹2,999 in India, $49 elsewhere, for 30 one-hour sessions over 90 days. Renews every 90 days.
Top-up
₹399 in India, $12 elsewhere, for 5 extra sessions, paid once. They never expire. Needs an active plan.

The ₹15,000 line in a UPI app
The ceiling RBI rules put on every UPI AutoPay mandate, the same for every merchant. It is never what you are charged: only the plan price is debited, and your bank tells you 24 hours before each debit.

Sessions and limits

What a session is
One hour of live interview. A 25-minute call uses 25 minutes and the rest stays in your balance.

Plan minutes last until the plan renews. Top-up minutes never expire.
Running out mid-interview
The session pauses instead of ending and keeps listening for up to 10 minutes. Buy a top-up in the browser and it carries on with nothing lost.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancelling
Anytime, from Billing in your account. You keep your minutes until the period ends.
Renewal reminders
An email a week before each renewal. In India your bank also notifies you 24 hours before every charge.
Refunds
Partly used periods are not refunded. If something went wrong on our side, such as a billing bug or an outage during your interview, email support and we make it right.

Platforms

Windows
Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit. A signed desktop installer, not a browser extension. It checks for updates and installs one only when you click.
macOS
Coming soon. Leave your email on the download page and we send you the installer the day it ships.
iPhone and Android
A phone remote in the phone's browser, nothing to install. It needs the desktop app running.
Call apps
Any: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Amazon Chime and calls in a browser. Phantum captures what your speakers play, so there is no plugin and no bot in the meeting.

Grounded in
Your résumé, the job description, the company name, and your own notes and up to 3 extra documents.
What you see
One card per question: a first sentence to start speaking with, then the answer in three or four short beats. Coding questions get code with its complexity.
Facts only you know
Left as a blank to fill in, such as a team size or a date. Never invented.
Easy English
A switch for non-native speakers that makes every answer use short sentences, everyday words and no idioms.

Get answer for what the interviewer just asked, type a question, or analyse your screen for a coding or design question.

Phone remote

How it works
Scan the code on the strip with an iPhone or Android phone and sign in with the same account. The phone shows the answer as it arrives and can press Get answer, type a question or analyse the screen.
Security
Encrypted end to end between your computer and your phone. Up to 3 phones per session.

Screen share and privacy

Hidden from screen share
On every plan, the free minutes included. The operating system excludes the strip from screen sharing, recordings and screenshots (on Windows 10 version 2004 or later and Windows 11).
What it cannot hide from
A camera pointed at your screen. Proctoring software or a lockdown browser can also see running apps. Check the rules for your interview.
Audio
Goes from your computer straight to the transcription model on a key that works only for that session. Phantum never stores it.
Transcripts
Stay on your computer for 30 days.
Answer records
When you ask for an answer, Phantum keeps the question, the transcript lines sent with it and the answer for 30 days to fix problems, then deletes them.
