FAQ
What is a session?
One hour of live interview time. You don't have to use it in one go — a 25-minute call uses 25 minutes, and the rest stays in your balance.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Plan minutes (Monthly, 90-Day Pass) are for that period and reset when it renews. Top-up minutes never expire.
How does renewal work?
Monthly renews every month and the 90-Day Pass every 90 days, automatically. We remind you a week before, and in India your bank sends a notice 24 hours before every charge. Cancel anytime from Billing — you keep your minutes until the period ends.
Which payment methods do you accept?
In India: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and any UPI app) and cards, with auto-pay set up during checkout. Everywhere else: cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Why does my bank app say ₹15,000?
That line is the ceiling on your UPI AutoPay mandate, which RBI rules require every recurring UPI payment to carry. It is the same for every merchant and it is never what you are charged. We debit only your plan price, and your bank tells you 24 hours before each debit. Cards do not show this notice.
Are prices final?
Indian prices include GST. Prices elsewhere exclude local sales tax or VAT, which Stripe adds at checkout where it applies.
Can I get a refund?
We don't refund partly used periods. If something went wrong on our side — a billing bug, an outage during your interview — email support@phantum.app and we'll make it right.
