Phantum AI is the AI interview assistant for Windows and Mac. The desktop app runs on Windows 10 and 11, the Mac version is coming soon, and you can control it from your iPhone or Android phone in the browser. This is everything it does during a live interview.
Answer cards in real time
When the interviewer stops, press Get answer (Ctrl+Shift+J) and the card starts at once: one sentence to say first, then the beats of your answer. A story, an explanation, a choice between two options and a quick chat reply each get their own shape.
Grounded in your own experience
Answers draw on your résumé, the job description and the stories and notes you add. The one number worth remembering is highlighted, and a fact only you know, like a team size, is left as a blank for you to fill, never invented.
Works with any call app
Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and calls in a browser. Phantum listens to your system audio for the interviewer and your microphone for you, so no bot joins the meeting and there is no plugin to install.
A strip under your webcam
A 460 px strip docks top centre, right under your webcam. It grows only as tall as the answer. Drag it anywhere during the call; Ctrl+Shift+Home brings it back.
Hidden from screen share
Screen capture protection is on by default, so the strip stays out of screen shares and recordings. If you turn it off, the strip turns orange and says so, so you never share it by accident. A phone camera pointed at your screen can still see it; nothing can hide from that.
Type a question
Press Ctrl+Shift+I to type or edit a question, prefilled with what was just asked.
Analyse screen for coding rounds
Press Ctrl+Shift+S and Phantum reads the coding problem or diagram on your screen. The card leads with code you can copy in one click, then what to say while you write it and the complexity.
Control it from your phone
Scan the QR code on the strip with your iPhone or Android phone and sign in with the same account. It runs in the phone's browser, nothing to install. See the answer and press Get answer, type a question or analyse your screen from the phone. Pause and End stay on your computer, and everything between the two is encrypted end to end.
Easy English
For non-native speakers: one switch makes every answer use short sentences, everyday words and no idioms.

A signed installer for Windows 10 and 11 that checks for updates and installs one only when you click. The Mac version is coming soon; leave your email on the download page to get it first.
Pay for the hours you use
Your first 15 minutes are free, no card needed. After that, one session is one hour of live interview, and a shorter call only spends the minutes it used.
Private by design
Audio goes from your computer straight to the transcription model on a key that only works for that session, and Phantum never stores it. Transcripts stay on your computer for 30 days. The answer records Phantum keeps to fix problems are deleted after 30 days.
