When you approve a UPI AutoPay mandate, your bank app shows the most it could ever be asked to debit. That ceiling is set under RBI rules for recurring payments and it is the same line for every merchant. It is not a bill, not a hold and not a deposit. Nothing leaves your account except your plan price.

Questions about paying with UPI
Can I pay for Phantum with UPI?
Yes. In India every plan can be paid with Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any other UPI app, or with a card. You do not need an international card. The Monthly plan is ₹999 for 15 one-hour sessions.
Why does my UPI app say ₹15,000?
Monthly and the 90-Day Pass renew, so checkout sets up a UPI AutoPay mandate. RBI rules make every AutoPay mandate carry a ceiling, and ₹15,000 is that ceiling, the same for every merchant. It is never what you are charged: only the plan price is debited, and your bank tells you 24 hours before each debit.
Does a top-up use AutoPay?
No. A top-up is a one-time payment, so there is no mandate for it and nothing renews.
How do I stop AutoPay?
Cancel the plan anytime from Billing in your account and you keep your minutes until the period ends. Cancelling the mandate in your UPI app works too: your minutes stay, and the next renewal does not go through.
Is GST included?
Yes. Indian prices include GST.
I am outside India. What do I pay?
