How do I install Phantum AI on Windows?

Download the signed installer from the download page and run it. It installs for your user in under a minute with no admin prompt and opens Phantum when it is done. Phantum runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit.

Install

  1. Open the download page and press Download for Windows.
  2. Run the installer. It installs for your Windows user only, so there is no admin prompt.
  3. Phantum opens when the install finishes. Sign in with Google to start the setup tour.

What you need

  • Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit.
  • Windows 10 version 2004 or later, so Windows can hide the strip from screen share.
  • Speakers or headphones for the interviewer's voice and a microphone for yours.
  • Any call app: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Amazon Chime or a call in the browser. No plugin is needed.

Updates

Phantum checks for a new version when it starts and every six hours. It tells you when one is ready and installs it only when you click, so an update never restarts the app during an interview.

Mac

The Mac version is coming soon. Press Download for macOS on the download page and leave your email, and we send you the installer the day it ships.

Uninstall

Open Windows Settings, then Apps, find Phantum and choose Uninstall. Your account, plan and minutes stay with your Google sign-in.
