Where do my interview audio and transcripts go?

Your audio goes from your computer straight to the transcription model, on a key that works only for that session. Phantum never receives or stores the audio. Transcripts stay on your computer for 30 days, and the answer records Phantum keeps to fix problems are deleted after 30 days.

Updated

Audio

Phantum cuts what it hears into short pieces at natural pauses and sends each one to the transcription model directly from your computer. The key it uses is made for that session, limited to its length and revoked when it ends. No audio passes through Phantum's servers.

Transcripts

The transcript of each session is saved on your computer, so a restart of the app does not lose it, and deleted after 30 days.

Answers

When you ask for an answer, Phantum sends the question, the recent transcript, your résumé, the job description and your notes to the answer model. It keeps the question, the transcript lines sent with it and the answer for 30 days to fix problems and improve answers, then deletes them.

Your documents

Your résumé, job descriptions and notes are stored in your account so they are ready for every session. Deleting your account deletes all of them at once.
