How do I cancel Phantum, and can I get a refund?
Cancel anytime from Billing in your account: you keep your minutes until the period ends, and nothing renews after it. Partly used periods are not refunded, but if something went wrong on our side, such as a billing bug or an outage during your interview, email support and we make it right.

Cancel a plan
- Sign in on the website and open Dashboard, then Billing.
- Press Manage subscription. Stripe's billing page opens.
- Cancel the plan. You keep your minutes until the end of the current period.
Before each renewal
We email you a week before every renewal. In India your bank also notifies you 24 hours before each charge.
UPI AutoPay
Cancelling the plan stops the AutoPay. You can also cancel the mandate in your UPI app: your minutes stay and the next renewal does not go through. The ₹15,000 your UPI app shows is the ceiling RBI rules put on every mandate, never the amount charged.
Paying with UPIRefunds
Partly used periods are not refunded. If something went wrong on our side, such as a billing bug or an outage during your interview, email support with the date and we make it right.
Delete your account
Dashboard, then Account, deletes your account and everything stored with it.
