How do sessions and minutes work, and what if I run out mid-interview?
One session is one hour of live interview, and a shorter call uses only the minutes it took. If your minutes run out mid-interview, the session pauses instead of ending and keeps listening for up to 10 minutes; buy a top-up in the browser and it carries on with nothing lost.

Minutes, not calls
- A 25-minute call uses 25 minutes. The rest stays in your balance.
- Your first 15 minutes are free, once, with no card.
- The Monthly plan gives 15 sessions a month for ₹999 in India or $19 elsewhere.
- Plan minutes last until the plan renews. Top-up minutes never expire.
- There is no daily limit.
- One session runs for up to 2 hours. Start a new one to keep going.
Running out mid-interview
When your balance reaches zero, the strip shows Top up. Phantum keeps recording what it hears for up to 10 minutes. Buy a top-up in the browser and the session carries on, with the questions asked in the meantime transcribed.
If the network drops
Phantum saves what it hears on your computer first and sends it when the connection comes back, so a short drop loses nothing.
